I'm not sure what the problem is. As you can see, your address was assigned to other members.
At this point you have 5 incoming that are expired (more then 90 days). And one in progress for 70 days. You also have one outgoing letter for 43 days. All those letters both incoming and outgoing are within your country. You can contact your partners for details.
This is an explanation from the first page after login, of what happens next with the expired letters.
"Exchanges are marked as expired after 3 months. They can still be registered after this date.
In order to resolve this exchanges, the partners can take additional actions:
Register, cancel, mark as sent, mark as not received.
After 6 months, automatic actions will be taken as such:
1. The exchange will be canceled if the sender does not mark it as sent.
2. The exchange will be registered if the sender marks it as sent and the recipient does not mark it as not received.
If the exchange is marked by both partners as sent and not received, the exchange will be considered lost. If the exchange is canceled, the recepient receives a slot back and the address is reasigned."
