I am 50, vegan and love to rollerskate. I am married (26 yrs), and I am a new grandma. I am "Mum" to 2 ( 4 yrs. and 1 1/2 years). I have been writing letters to penpals since 2000. I have pals all over the world and LOVE making connections. I answer every letter. Age difference doesn't matter to me. I don't even mind springing for an international stamp! I am a purchasing manager by occupation. I am 100 % remote. I don't take myself too seriously and look for the good in others.
I love metallic gold and hearts. Hearts everywhere!! :-) I hope you will write and connect. I am a safe space for all beings. I am a vocalist. My husband plays guitar. We go out and see music almost every night. We live in an area rich with art and culture. Open mic's are my favorite. We have a family band "Weird With A Beard". I answer every letter!

I am a caregiver for my mom. She has Rheumatoid arthritis and can’t move very well.

I love gardening and taking care of my flower gardens. I grown herbs, tomatoes, Zucchini, collard greens, garlic, peppers and beets. I’m thinking of starting a pickled beets business.

I knit and crochet. I make ponchos and sell them on Etsy. I also make animal baby blankets for the new babies that cross my path, mostly at work. Usually if I am invited to a baby shower. My last two blankets were a dragon and a unicorn.

I am an avid beach goer. I sweep the beaches of treasures and turn it into high end .925 sterling silver jewelry and art pieces. My favorite beaches are dog friendly as there are usually rocks and more treasures.

I love camping on or near the beach. As I get older I find I can’t sleep on the ground anymore. We have a pop up camper but it’s way too much work so I am looking to get a smaller drivable camper soon.

I am an artist. I specialized in photography which I now have as a hobby. I have degrees in Media Arts and Fine Arts before getting a bachelor’s of Arts in Art Management and a Masters in Business Administration ~ Collaborative Leadership. I’m up to my eyeballs in debt and wouldn’t change any of my educational choices. I landed my dream job in 2021.

I work with colored glass. I photograph colored glass and use it in collage. I tumble my own glass and make art to decorate my house. I make my own “sea glass” by tumbling pretty bottles as a way of recycling.

I don’t hate anything or anyone. Although horses creep me out. The are SO big and their heads are enormous and they are so teeth and lip forward…. Not to mention way smarter than they should be. Bonus points for not writing to me about your fishing and hunting escapades. They turn me off and make me uncomfortable. I am VERY vegan.

I am part of the LGBTQIA + community but don’t feel the need to explain my Rainbow to anyone anymore. Again, I am a safe space for you.
