Your settings shows that you have chosen to receive letters only from your country.
And the main problem is that you also checked this option "Stop assigning my address for new exchanges".
You can find both of this options in the page "Exchange options" from the left menu.
You have available slots, and they will be assign for exchanges after you change your options. Especially "Stop assigning ..." option.
