Hello everyone! My name is Nadya. I am from Russia, or rather from the city of Samara. It is a large city on Volga river with a population of more than a million people.
There are many beautiful places in our city. Particularly worth mentioning is a well-maintained embankment with a length of more than 4 kilometers. This is a favorite place of the citizens for a stroll. There are bike lanes and sandy beaches, cozy cafes and sports grounds, fountains and picturesque sculptures.
Our city has the largest square in Europe - the Kuibyshev square. Various mass events are often held here: concerts, parades and festivals. I especially like to go there during the new year holidays, because the square is beautifully decorated at this time.
