I received a surprise from Brunei that I'm unable to register, even though I have the ID BN-39. I think it's possible that the mail was marked as expired/not recieved, is it possible to still register these afterwards?
The marking on the envelope implies the postal service sent it to the wrong country by mistake so it likely took much longer to reach here, but it is here now and I'd love to register it since it's such a nice surprise :)
