@OrigamiGrace your account is set to send/receive only from US. It is okay if thats what you want but this will limit the number of available members for you.
@ryerye At some point you received more letters then sent. The system is trying to balance sent/received depending on the available members. Yout address will be reassigned for exchanges when the difference between sent/received will get smaller.
