Thanks for reading my profile!
I've been an avid swapper of postage stamps on the 'sister' sites to this one for many years.
Besides collecting postage stamps, I do a lot of different crafts. Papercrafting mostly ATCs, and cards,
postcards and sometimes inchies & twinchies or tags. Took up diamond painting not that long ago. Done enough in watercolors to know I'm really awful at it and need more practice (using pens). Lots of different needlecrafts. Next up on try list is needlefelting little animals. I'm also focusing my efforts on making miniatures.
I'm a hug fan of mysteries...I read 'em, watch 'em and listen to 'em...mostly British. Favorite book sub-genres are historical and vintage. I also like those set in or about Ancient Egypt. Vintage I enjoy British and American. I'm struggling with eyesight issues so not reading as much as I'd like. I don't consider audiobooks reading for myself, so I pretty much limit those to the classics. In movies, I prefer the classic era. I enjoy old-time radio shows too!
Things I enjoy receiving in the mail...
---handmade bookmarks
---ATCs
---used postage stamps in my favorite topics
---stickers to use in my scrapbooking-style stamp albums
---recipes for muffins, scones, easy jams, butters, spreads and candy
