Do you have your exchange options set to "Only my own country"? There are only a couple of US members on here so you have a very small pool of people for the system to pick from. In the ranking of members (about half of whom are NOT active) I count 9 people, which doesn't include you.. so maybe there's 5-7 or so active people in the US. If you want the system to give you an address, you should change your exchange options to "From All Countries". Even then, there are only about 50 active members here. Often when one of my surprises is delivered and I'm eligible to send another one out, the system tells me there are no available partners. Hope this helps.
